What I liked was Micki's interviews. he was seriously happy to open up his scoring, and can't wait to get on the sheet for the home fans at Old Trafford. Zlat saying what an outstanding goal it was, and Mou praising him. Everything I have seen or heard tells me that Micki's sitting on the bench was a very excellent piece of man management on Jose's part.
He was Player of the Year last season, and on scoring his first goal for United was like a kid winning parks an rec trophy. He is fired up to score more and more. Micki is going to be a very important player for United.

Has he been named MOTM (by our fans) in every game he's started for us since City? Not that he looks to be lacking in confidence now but if he still isn't 100% confident that should help him.

Mourinho's press-match presser (ahead of the Palace clash) on Mkhitaryan
On Mkhitaryan's injury
“Hopefully, Mkhitaryan can play at Christmas,” said Mourinho. “We believe it’s possible. When I saw him on the stretcher, I thought it was more difficult; when I watch the tackle on TV, I was a bit scared, but no. It’s a pity, because he’s going to miss matches in his best period, but at least we won’t lose a player for so long.”
On Mkhitaryan's attitude
"I had players with similar process and adaptation. We bought him. It was not the player that was chosen by other people. "We bought him because I asked the club to do it because I liked the player and analysed the player. It would be more frustrating for me if everything went wrong. "He needed a period of adaptation and he was very professional. Maybe another guy in his position would finds excuses and blame the manager, the pitch or the weather, like many players do now. "He was quiet, closed his mouth, worked really hard, waited for opportunity and is playing so good now."

He is becoming a marked man, already. in what way? Fouled to buggery because he is too quick/skilful. Just like the early Ronnie was.

www.football365.com/news/mkhitaryan-has-put-on-8lb-at-man-united-reportHenrikh Mkhitaryan was put on a ‘weight-training programme’ designed to help him bulk up for the Premier League, according to The Times. A report from Matt Hughes claims the Armenian has put on 8lb since joining from Borussia Dortmund. According to Hughes, Mkhitaryan’s form has been ‘attributed to his increased strength’ by many within Old Trafford, after Mourinho had decided he was ‘lacking the physicality required in the Premier League’. Mkhitaryan scored in consecutive Manchester United games before picking up an injury against Tottenham last Sunday.
