"It is true that I get little time on the field, but I am not going to give in," he told reporters after being appointed as Goodwill Ambassador for UNICEF in Armenia.
"I went a long way to play in Manchester United, so nothing will prevent me from achieving my dream.
"I will not retreat, I will find the strength to reach my goal.

this has to be the start of him. play him regularly. from what ive heard, after he was brought off against Man City he started crying. If that's the case Jose has a right to question his mental strength. this should be the turning point now and he has to kick on.

Still interested to see how he responds when a side tries to bully him. We could find out on Sunday if he plays. Feyenoord might be topping the Eredivisie but the league really isn't that great. So West Ham will be a truer test of his readiness to start featuring regularly in the league.

I may be and hope I am wrong. But the bottle factor is yet to be seen.

If he plays against West Ham you can be sure they'll boot him all over the park, particularly if that's the M.O. And after what he did last night. It's up to him to deal with it from now on. His skill was never in question, he's a wonderful player but he needs to push on now.

The Bundesliga isnt exactly a soft touch so why has he supposedly found the EPL hard going? sounds weird to me.

Aye, he's gotta just get on with it. Have to rely on these ironically unreliable refs to do their job and make sure he gets the free-kicks he'll undoubtedly deserve. Get back up and skin the cunts at the next given opportunity.
All the most skillful footballers have to cope with getting the shit kicked out of them. If he's going to make it here it's imperative that he does the same. If he does then we've got a truly exceptional talent on our hands.

Might be that Jose has had his teammates giving him a drubbing in training from time to time, letting him know what is coming an letting him know that he has to carry on. Seemed to me he bounced back from some pretty good taps out there yesterday. An I also got a feeling that we hvae players on the squad that will give out a bang or two if the hamboogers get too rough

We need a player who can lay the law down on the pitch the way Robson and Keane used to. Yes, the players need to toughen up a bit, but the stories about Robson in particular making sure the opposition knew what would happen if they stepped out of line are numerous. Herrera would be the obvious choice, or maybe Zlat, but we definitely need that kind of attitude on the pitch.

Aye, was thinking of those 2 myself, think best might be Herrera, Zlat has a "reputation" for being ornery and refs probably watch him a bit closer than they would Ander. No doubt Ander has no problem letting opponents know what is up.
