A recent discussion regarding the i8 (less discussion , more aghast revulsion hearing Paul call it an "ugly ass hybrid"  ) prompted me to start this. Its really unbelievable we don't have a thread on cars. We are men. When we aren't talking United we must be talking cars. I think sports and cars are something men relate to and understand more than anything else on this planet. So . Cars. What are you lot driving ? What's your absolute unattainable fantasy car ? What do you hope to be driving realistically one day. And what do you absolutely loathe? I'll start. I drive a 2011 Ford Taurus . Big tough old gal. 285 horses, has served me really well over the past years. Taken a lot of battle damage so to speak, since I'm quite a rough handling driver , sad to admit. The new Taurus looks very good for the price as well must say. Planning on upgrading this year. The Infiniti Q50 has my eye , as does the Jag XE. |

Haha didn't honestly think I would strike a nerve this badly lol.
However seeing as we're in the subject I drive a Renault Megane Sport...aka the beast. Quick and has been somewhat reliable given that its French so been lucky there.
Car I'd like to own one day well that's easy...Nissan GTR. Possibly my favorite motor on the road.
I would say the i8 for loathing but judging by the result of my last comment I think I'd start a riot lol. So I'm gonna go with the Nissan Puke. The i8 is a work of art compared to that monstrosity.

I have a Fiesta 1l ecoboost but really I'd love the Hakosuka GTR or a Lamborghini Huracan

BMW 1 MSport 118i Auto got it in January, love it, but it's a lot lower than other cars I've had, and the first rear wheel drive car I've had since my Triumph GT6 a thousand years ago!

Just to back track for a moment, before kids I actually had some fast/cool cars. I owned a great corvette, which was stolen in the middle of the night, only to be replaced by a Chevelle SS 396. Now switching gears to the real question, currently I drive a Honda Ridgeline truck. But my inner speed mojo would love to sport a Porsche 911 R, 0-60 in 3.7 seconds, and top speed of 200 mph.... www.porsche.com/usa/models/911/911-r/ |
