There are actually 9 States in the US without gestational restrictions on abortion. I don't just know this, I asked an LLM Interestingly, the USA is one of only 8 countries in the world that permit elective abortion without gestational restriction at federal level. Apparently most countries restrict this after the third trimester.

Let's see if Harris does any more unscripted appearances before the election, other than the debate she has been utterly avoiding the media. People have legitimate concerns, moments in interviews border on satire. Right…Satire like babies are aborted after being born or Haitians eating dogs? x.com/thejcoop/status/1806867772988625316I think people should be allowed to dislike who they want here, to be honest. It's inherently a political thread, people will differ. Still a long time until this election!

You could make 200 videos of Trump saying far more insane shit. It’s like comparing Jack the Ripper to Glenda from accounts who ran away with the Christmas party fund. People can like or dislike whoever they want. But own it, don’t hide behind bullshit. Admit you’re Trump fans or are voting Trump, don’t use this ‘both are awful candidates’ argument. It’s a cop out.

Haha, I couldn't have less skin in the game here guys!
I can promise you I'm not a "Trump fan", people can think both candidates suck - RFK would have been there if the Dems hadn't taken him to court in 14+ states to get him off the ballot.
It's normal in many democratic countries to have more than one candidate vying for the presidency. It seems to be a feature of such a bi-party system that even discourse around it becomes totally polarized along a single dividing line. Interesting in a way.
People are allowed to dislike both candidates, telling people they aren't allowed to dislike / make fun of both sides equally isn't the way surely.

We still have a good while to go, still almost 2 months until the US election day. I'm sure there will be more to digest before then!

Ahh yes, the paragon of impartiality, the WSJ. Jay seems to be showing us how impartial he is by constantly focusing on one particular side. The side that isn’t supported by fucking morons who think brown people are eating dogs.

Jeepers, Stew.
Had no idea folks from abroad felt this strongly about US politics.
Happy to make more fun of Trump, it's not exactly hard. The dude is a walking meme.
Truthfully don't even like Trump, if I had to choose someone to be POTUS it would have been RFK.

The side that isn’t supported by fucking morons who think brown people are eating dogs. Just to clarify Springfield OH has a crisis with Haitian migrants. They had a townhall meeting where residents brought to light these animal eating claims. The police responded to one such incident and it was recorded, a female eating a cat in a residential area. So the claims aren’t a complete haux he’s just exaggerating.
