We're not going to prise Kane or Alli away from Spurs, not a chance.
I'd love a return for Michael Keane, he never should have left in the first place but he has in fairness gained great experience at Burnley. James Ward-Prowse, Will Hughes and maybe Reece Oxford would all be good shouts, although I think West Ham would be very reluctant to part with Oxford. Jordan Pickford would be a great purchase should
Southampton's defender Jack Stephens impressed me in the final the other day, he worked well with Yoshida. Obviously just one game but yeah, I thought he looked good for someone who has only played 6 senior games for them.

Does TFM count as home grown?
How's Jack Grealish getting on in the Championship? I liked the look of him couple of seasons ago but don't know if he's made any particular strides in his game.
Also, Ward-Prowse and Ben Gibson, might either of them be worth a look. Ben Gibsons name appears to be cropping up more just recently. Mainly linked to city, arsenal and Chelsea.

Ozyakup could be a good shout if we go back to a 433.

Hart and Schmeichel being linked to us might be more to do with the HG quotas than anything.
Unless we are going to pay big for certain other players, there isn't much choice out there.
Ultimately depends on who/how many leave(s) really.
Or we could just keep everyone we have and add to them and have a mega squad

Whatever happens this season, we go into next season knowing shitcunt won't be our player, never mind Captain.

More the likes of Jones, Smalling, Carrick & Shaw.

Hmmmmmmmmmm...... As an aside, you interested in doing Oslo in July?? I would be, but Hong Kong and the Philippines at the start of June is wiping me out. Physically (stag do for four nights in Boracay ... ) and financially. Plus Stockholm should we get there.

Definitely hoping to, if we get through and can wrangle a ticket. Cost be damned.

Our current HG players are: Ashley Young, Sam Johnstone, Lingard, Jones, Carrick, Pogba, Smalling, Rooney, Januzaj (newly qualified). Potential outs- Jones, Smalling, Rooney, Januzaj.
This season just passed we only registered a squad of 24 even though we had 9 homegrown players, so those 15 foreign players included Schweinsteiger, Memphis, and some dude named Satiq El Fitouri.
It's funny, we have a shitton of decent players that will be homegrown for 2018/19 season- Andreas Pereira (born on 1st Jan!!), Josh Harrop, Wilson, Luke Shaw, Demi Mitchell, Joel Pereira Tuanzebe, TFM, Borthwick-Jackson and Rashford (!) are still too young to qualify even for next season.
Carrick has signed the one-year extension, well deserved. He has still yet to be replaced, about 5 years running. Januzaj basically replaced Schneiderlin, but is as good as gone so I'm not counting him. The most likely outcome appears to be that we keep Rooney (sigh), and one of Jones or Smalling (more likely the latter) will be sold and replaced with Michael Keane. So it's not like we need a full 25, and this likely won't impact our transfer plans this window.

We're not keeping an over the hill player on 300 k a week to fulfill a homegrown quota.
