With the likes of Rooney, Smalling, Jones, Carrick, Young, Shaw, etc being mooted as leaving, we are going to be desperately short of HG players to fill our competition quotas.
So, who should we be looking at?
Here's a couple to start:
Ryan Sessegnon - Fulham
Will Hughes - Derby
Michael Keane - Burnley
Andrew Robertson - Hull

We have been linked to George Hirst at Sheffield Wednesday & Ben Brerton at Notts Forest too, but they are still youth players.

Does TFM count as home grown?
How's Jack Grealish getting on in the Championship? I liked the look of him couple of seasons ago but don't know if he's made any particular strides in his game.
Also, Ward-Prowse and Ben Gibson, might either of them be worth a look. |

How's Jack Grealish getting on in the Championship? I liked the look of him couple of seasons ago but don't know if he's made any particular strides in his game.
Also, Ward-Prowse and Ben Gibson, might either of them be worth a look. TFM - will do, but is U21 so doesn't need to be registered to be able to play. Registering him would add to the quota but take a place that could be used by another, older player. Ward Prowse - knew there was someone else i missed! |

Main one that comes to mind that hasn't already been mentioned is Reece Oxford. Hasn't played this season but he has the physical attributes and looked to have a lot of potential in that little period he played for West Ham last season.

Looking like an absolute steal. Do wonder if he could/would have gone down the Powell route if he had come here though. Maybe time at another club at this age is best. Although this is why the loan system is vital. Especially as it will cost a shit-tonne to get him now. |

If we could somehow get Chalobah from Chelsea I would be rather delighted. Also Gray from Leicester - especially if they go down.
Pereira will count.

I like the shout of Gray from Leicester. Been mightily impressed with him, looks the only player trying for those cunts this season.

Pogba is homegrown though Still leaves us 2/3/4 players short for the PL & European Quotas, depending on who leaves. |
