I'd very much like to be in the Champions League next season, so kindly do your fucking jobs! If a Mod could kindly lock this down until after the Palace game, much appreciated

Second. After Wembley.
It's a bit of a dream match for me actually. I missed the home leg against Ajax in the UEFA a few seasons ago and they are definitely one of my 'other' clubs. I've done the ArenA tour and everything.

As much as losing this match would fucking hurt, I would actually take solace from losing to Ajax.
Been a fan of theirs for years, how could you not be?
Same with Juve, even after the match fixing and everything. United vs Juventus just has a "feel" to it more than, say, Bayern, or Barca, or Real, to me. Memories of those great mid to late 90's matches against them.
Anyway, we're not losing. We're winning, 3-1, so forget what I said about taking solace because it ain't happening.

We've got more than enough quality to win this comfortably, so I imagine we will simply squeak a win. Stone Cold to score the winner!

Obviously I'd accept any win under the circumstances, but I really, really want to see headlines about us being deserved winners, and how JM got it right on the day. Winning in style would provide the icing on the bland and somewhat stale cake this season has turned into.

Awhile back when there were pro and anti Lingard factions, someone in the pro camp called him a "stone cold finisher" or something like that. And then he proceeded to shoot high and wide. Stone Cold became Cold Stone (like the ice cream shops) and finally a laughing reference to someone I still like but who is definitely not a Stone Cold killer on the pitch.

No excuses. They have all fecking rested. Today proved we have depth in youth.
Zlatan isn't there but the rest of them are. Train like madmen and make this yours!
Likely team:
Romero Valencia Blind Smalling Darmian Herrera Pogba Fellaini Micky Rashford Lingard
Subs: DDG (madness) Jones TFM Tuanzebe Martial Mata A.N.other
Pogba will run this show. Valencia and Herrera will show the passion and drive. Lingard and Rashford will show the youthful exuberance and hopefully Micky will get his head out his arse!

If we don't win this the whole season has basically been a disaster. I say if we don't win we blame it on Ded for creating this thread and ban him from all future thread creating.
