Largely uninspiring, sloppy crap but job done. Some solid performances, couple of great saves from Dave and Rashford was a real spark when he came on.
They just so badly need to cut out the endless safe backwards/sideways passes, the missed opportunities at counter attacks and sloppy attacking play. It's infuriating to see a fantastic opportunity for an attack squandered because there's either no-one in a good position to pass to, they've just lumped it to an isolated Lukaku or they held the play up and went for the safe sideways or backwards pass.
Defensively they sorely crave a proper leader and organiser like Ferdinand, Stam or Bruce. They often look all over the place, loads of them chasing after the ball at the same time, missing runs and getting caught out by a slick pass rather than keeping their shape and defending as a unit. Dave or poor finishing won't bail them out every time, especially against the better teams in the knockout stages.
But yeah, it's a win and basically puts United through top of the group (barring some huge disaster), which takes a good bit of weight off the players for now.

Still missing a lot of creativity in the team. Pogba gives us that but nobody else does, at least not on a consistent level. Add Pogba, a decent #10 and a quality right winger and we might get somewhere.

It’s ugly at times but we are getting the results and we are very hard to score against, DeGea made a couple of great saves and good to see the young lad get a full game.

I'm getting sick of pundits slagging of how we are playing. It's not the united way. Well I'm sorry but even under Fergie I watched some dull football at times. The thing is everyone hates were winning again FUCK THEM ALL . In Jose we trust

We’ve strolled through the group, despite not being top seeds. We have an almost incredible defensive record, are right behind City in the league. We are in the last 8 of the league Cup. We have our most creative player injured and have missed several others. We’ve played badly in 2 of the roughly 18 games we’ve played.
None of which is apparent on about 50% of the posts on here lately.
