Case in point- someone said the defence is clueless or words to that effect, all chasing the same ball, no leadership, bailed out by bad finishing or De Gea etc
I mean, are people sniffing glue before coming on? The stats don’t lie. This defence, despite a lot of chopping and changing is a fucking tank trap. We don’t concede goals. Our record in 2017 is absolutely ridiculously good. And this is without a first choice LB.

I'm getting sick of pundits slagging of how we are playing. It's not the united way. Well I'm sorry but even under Fergie I watched some dull football at times. The thing is everyone hates were winning again FUCK THEM ALL . In Jose we trust The United way is a load of shite. Some won't be happy until we are playing kamikaze football with 11 mancunians brought through from the academy, sitting in the lower half of the table with an ex player who gets what United are all about. Jose won't be appreciated until he's gone.

I think people are losing their shit because of how City have started. This is one of the best starts to a season I can remember. The one in 2008 was a disaster by contrast.

This.
People harping on about Rio and Vidic.
In 17 games this season we've conceded 8 goals.
In 2007 - 08 when they were at their peak and we were lauded as brilliant defensively, the 1st 17 games of that season we shipped 10 goals.
Maybe De Gea is a lot to do with the clean sheets, but so what? He's a brilliant 'keeper, no different to having a brilliant centre half. That's like seeing a team scoring bucket loads and saying "Yeah, but that's mainly due to the striker".
Eh??

City have spent well over 200 million this season alone, funny the pundits skim that bit. Without defending them, the reason they've skimmed it is because its working for them atm to be fair. There is 28 games to go and there's a 5 point difference. City will drop points, they've had a good start to the season but are get to get any injuries, especially like we have. If we had Pogba and even Fellaini we wouldn't have lost to Huddersfield and we probably would have gone at the vermin. No point in anybody panicing yet. We're yet to concede a goal at home from open play since the end of 2016, with some of the defenders we've had is fucking incredible. Lukaku doesn't score for 6 games even though he's had limited service and people are giving him shit already. Some proper prawn sandwich cunts in our support. I will say though I thought Robbie Savage was a bellend, until tonight. Now he's the poster boy for cuntbucketry. He talked non stop utter shit for the entire game.

I'll start nit picking about our style of play, once we become a force to be reckoned with again. Until then I dont give a fuck as long as we are winning

Crazy though that 12 points isn't enough still. Not often you see that.

Until then I dont give a fuck as long as we are winning I hope the pundits enjoy every boring minute of it. Jose is the Don grinding their gears just like Fergie did. LVG had no time for them either. Arse holes!

Reading social media and the likes of the sun relishing in Lukaku "flopping" in Europe again. Also the penalty incident and why he didn't take it.
Glad he didn't take the penalty, totally agree with Jose on this. The Benfica keeper already saved one so as much as a goal would do his confidence the world of good a miss would have done more harm.
He'll get his goals, as I said its not all down to him, he's been getting limited supply so he's not gonna be banging them in. He'll get back there though, Pogba will make sure of that when he gets back.

It's absolutely killing them that we aren't that far away from being a very good team despite 2 disastrous managers, playing catch up after the value years and winning more last season than their darlings Spurs and Liverpool have in years. We also have a manager who's not frightened to take their shit. I bet Fergie is loving that.

Can I just say the queues tonight were a disgrace. Does anybody know if there was a reason for it? The majority of us were forced to go through a different entrance by stewards to help ease congestion. I got there on time and missed the first 20 minutes, so missed the penalty miss.
Some thoughts:
McTominay has controlled the centre of the park. Not dominated but held his area and never panicked. He stayed to the right of Matic in the same third of the pitch at all times pretty much.
Got forward a few notable times, 25 minutes in when he played a short pass in the box and it looked like a penalty shout (couldn't see how he played it to at the time).
The atmosphere sounded a lot more consistent from where I was compared to just good atmosphere after we've had a strong period of the game.
Tony Martial will win a Ballon d'or
We played better in the first half than the second half.

We have cruised through this group in second gear. When was the last time that happened? Under Fergie we had some shockers in on-paper easy groups. Haven't been anything more than okay because we haven't needed to be. Can only beat what's put in front of you and right now all we need to be doing is beating teams.
I have a weird feeling about Mourinho in Europe this season that it's one of two things. Either we'll do an England and fail as soon as we meet a half-decent or well organised side, or we win the damn thing.
