Imagine a draw with West Brom at home. A human sacrifice would've been demanded.

There are increasing signs that Jose seems hellbent on running Matic into the ground.

Imagine a draw with West Brom at home. A human sacrifice would've been demanded. Imagine being a supporter of a team with loftier ambitions than Spurs. We were fucking shite, no laughing at Spurs will disguise that. Was bored to tears watching that

A vital win and 3 points to remain in second place but what a poor game. The second half was a decent improvement over the first but scraping a 1-0 win at home against Brighton, digging in to defend for the last 15 minutes, is just well below what we should be seeing.
It's a win and United can't blitz every game, I know that, but I'm sick of seeing United nullified by some compact defending. If they want to challenge City and in the Champions League then they're going to need to figure out how to get past better defences than Brighton's.
Mata was poor linking the midfield and attack, so Lukaku had very little service again. Rashford was pretty quiet and Pogba ran out of steam with about 25 minutes left. However I thought Young was impressive down the left, Lindelof had a solid game and Matic worked hard.

I really don't like this shoehorning Lukaku to the right or left hand side to accommodate Zlatan. Should be a straight swap unless we're in dire need of an equaliser or something then stick them both right up front and knock it long for the last 10 minutes, couldn't give a shit then.
Weren't many good performances today though. As I said when we scored, Young was more deserving of a goal for his attacking work than any of our attackers were, which is a fucking sad state (I'm aware the goal has now been declared an own goal).
There's very little to no fluency in the way we attack, even when we were scoring bucket loads at the start of the season there wasn't much. Too reliant on the individual brilliance of certain players instead of being a good attacking unit.

I'm just tired of seeing people moan after every single game, no matter the result or sometimes even the performance.
