That was an awful display, especially in the final third. The goal papered over the cracks, we are definitely crying out for quality. Lukaku desperate to get into the game, calling for passes but ignored so often.

I cannot wait for Sanchez to arrive, to stop the fucking dithering in the final 3rd. Lingard (whose purple patch looks like its run its course btw) and Rashford both fapping about in the box instead of hitting the fucking thing. The key moment in that was Pogba not playing in Martial who would have had a sitter to make it 2-0 with 15 left and it would have been a stroll.
Fellani fellanied the shit out of everything that came his way today. I dont give a shite how tough he allegedly is, he can’t play football for a team supposedly interested in doing so.

Didn't see the game.
Couldn't care about the performance for this one. 3 points is all that matters. Especially against a potential banana skin team.
Much needed and a clean sheet. That'll do nicely.

If we'd conceded I'd be livid at that attempted Fellaini flick. Seeing as we didn't, I can't help but laugh. Just at the thought of him telling himself in that fraction of a second that he's a footballer.
On another note, fucking brilliant finish that from Tony Martial. Can't wait to see a front three of Tony M, Lukaku (who was let down by others around him) and Sanchez.

Difference is Darmian rarely features. Fellaini is Mourinho's go-to guy. It's like some sort of sick joke on United supporters. Overall though, three points is three points. Get Sanchez and see what we can make of the rest of the season. |
