Glad Lukaku didn’t get dropped and Alexis showed some great grit. Referees Now, onto the next one! Only complaint is the ref was crap and they need to be accountable for their actions. I doubt that VAC would have helped us there. Doubt any hoover would have helped us in all fairness. The VAR however may have done something  |

The Huddersfield rugby team that were on the pitch tried every way possible of fucking him up. Some right nasty tackles on him. |

Have to admit I was surprised by the Pogba omission and annoyed by it but McTominay definitely deserves some praise. Very good and composed performance. Jose deserves credit for that, it was not the poor man management I initially thought it to be.

and looking how mctominay develops and matures,i'm not sure we really need 2 central midfielders in the summer. even with carrick retiring and fellaini gone we still have matic,mctominay,pogba,herrera and fosu-mensah and/or andreas able to play there. one addition is really needed but another one could seriously harm mctominays minutes.
so bring in someone like milinkovic-savic,fabinho or even strootman but its about time we see mctominay as a full squad member and more than able to just fill in.

Fuck me watching MOTD seeing that McTominay challenge again. Beyond belief that wasn't given as a pen or Kongolo wasn't sent off. How McTominay didn't have either concussion or whiplash is amazing. Also they said the ref didn't have a great view...he was right in front of it the blind, useless cunt.
Sublime pass from Pogba to Mata that led to the pen.
Sanchez is looking comfortable. He'll make a huge difference for us. Hopefully others will do the same.

Even in rugby I would surmise that is a dangerous tackle ( I know fuck all about egg chasing) |
