Hobgoblin is probably my favourite...King Goblin is somewhat pokier...so I can understand that hangover! Closest bar in the states to get Hobgoblin is 491 miles away. Worth the drive or what? I wouldn't drive a thousand mile round trip for some! But then again, the concept of distance is different over there eh?!! You probably nip out for some Sunday paper that distance...😜 I'm not sure if I can send you some in the post. I'd have to check customs but I'm pretty sure alcohol is prohibited. I've just sent my dad some goodies from here. I get this salt and pepper seasoning which he goes mad for. It's Chinese flavours, wonderful stuff. Also nandos marinades. And chocolate.

There are websites these days that seemingly allow you to get just about any beer, only issue, shit is expensive. I like trying new beers from different parts of the world, but I draw the line at $30-$40 for a 22oz. I paid that much for two 8oz pours of Pliny the Younger once and was so pissed I did not really care what it tasted like.

Will keep my eye out for that I'm really enjoying the stuff left handed giant are putting out at the minute, they have got some great ipas I don't think they sell to trade very often. I usually get it from source at their brewery in Cheltenham. But it's best enjoyed straight from their tap room. Their DIPA Saturated in Simcoe is the best DIPA I've had too. Heading to LHG brewery next weekend. Quite looking forward to it.

I got a monthly beer subscription from Beer52 for my birthday. It's been hit and miss. There were some decent beers in the South Africa box, but the Polish box was surprisingly bad, I only liked 1 out of the 8, most were American style, which I thought was weird because Poland has its own brewing culture. Last month was Summer beers, Juicebox Citrus IPA, Northern Monk Mocha Porter, and Moor Stout. Just got this months, it's from new UK Breweries. I'm a bit disappointed because most seem to be taking influence from American style 'craft' beers - over hopped IPA's and wanky flavours. One of them is a double hopped IPA with lactose and Pineapple... I'm not holding out much hope for that one.

It's nice juice box, I do love the fruity ipa's, clwb Tropicana still one of my faves, some flavours are mad 1 I seen but haven't had was a coffee and lemonade ipa

Overly hopped beer is the worst thing to come out of the recent 'craft' beer fad.
