The Manchester United manager is across the city? No he isnt , he's too much of a coward. Do you think the Glazers would allow him to replace our back 4 plus back ups like City have done ? He picks his projects well. Managing big clubs and dominating with them doesn't make him a coward. Let's be honest, if City had Mourinho and we had Guardiola, we'd be the ones with a 16 point lead. I disagree. Of all the clubs he could have gone to he's chose one with an endless supply of cash.

Dont like the bald cunt but Pep has spent a lot more than Jose...but its showing. Hate them or not, they've spent more but they bought better. Players know where they should play and how they should play. We don't know our arses from our elbows.
Swear to god if we don't perform on Sunday and his ego takes over I'll lose my shit.

He joined a club with a clear vision and plan in place, something we've not had for 5 years. I'm guessing because Mourinho has only spent £300m, he's not a coward then?

I don’t like Pep and I think that he could never pull it off in a team that isn’t fantastic (whether it is because he inherited it like in Barca or Bayern or because he spent a fortune like in City), but the difference in approach between him and Jose has nothing to do with the amount of money that was spent. Apart from his first stint at Chelsea (where I think he had them playing really well) this is how Jose plays football - especially away from home. I don’t think anyone likes it, but on the plus side it does win trophies.

The Martial and Marcus show was working on the left. When one underperformed, the other would come in and play well. They're young, so inconsistencies should be expected in their performance levels. It's really sad to see Sanchez come in and break that up. I'd have genuinely rather not signed him if I knew this would happen. 100% As before, I really like Sanchez, I was delighted to be proven wrong as I thought we had no chance of signing him. But it was always with the proviso that the LW, which was one of the most productive parts of the team, was left well enough alone. As well as breaking up what was working, to me it sends out a bit of a shit messsage as well. The new guy coming in should be shoehorned into the side, unless hes a clear upgrade, not the other way around. You’ve actually just made more trouble for yourself fo no apparent reason. It’s a crazy situation. Fix the bits that aren’t working, not fuck up one of the bits that is.

Should have kept the Martial/Rashford switch as it was...seeing as it was actually working and yanno use Sanchez up top to help our useless striker issue.
But that would make too much sense wouldn't it.

Jose really needs to get his thinking cap on ,we have some great attacking players, playing out of position, and a (stubborn as a mule) manager who doesn’t seem to want to be more flexible in his approach.

Why is it people on here and utd fans in general can see what is wrong with our play. But when you listen to our players i.e. smalling they cant seem to distinguish what we see. I know the majority of us haven't played as pro footballers but there must be some sat and sun lge players on here who know the basics and a bit more. If WE can see that the football we are playing is pedestrian and slow then what do the players see. Smalling said after the Seville game the other day that the 2nd half was far more open!!! I know we aint on the pitch but come on pls. I wonder if anything came out when M.U.S.T. met Mourinho regarding the atmosphere. To get a rocking house you have to excite the occupants. I have sat thru endless stale football be it at home or live and it is really starting to get me down. Does anyone else think that mourinho and his dour persona could be having a negative effect.

Even as a defensive move, signing him was the right move. To me it seems the pieces of the puzzle that aren't working start with Lukaku, like the plan is only to feed the big man instead of create and score from midfielders. Just play Sanchez on the right FFS Jose. It was the same plan with Ibrahimovic, Ronaldo, Drogba.

I still long for the day when we have players switching positions fluidly per Ronny, Rooney and Tevez back in the day...sigh... The annoying thing is we have the players who can do that (only possibly including Lukaku) if you look at Rashford, Martial, Sanchez and add Pogba to the mix, you have something that is potentially as exciting and as good as anything in the premier league... I just wish that Jose would take a risk once in a while and unleash the dogs of war!!
