I would say Rashford at least provided some genuine width which opened up the centre of the park for the others. Sanchez in the first half just kept cutting inside, running into people and giving it away.
I think Mata had more of an impact on the game for sure but Rashford had a positive impact as well IMO.

Seen some people getting on as if Rashford came on and turned everything around. He had one good run and then did nothing. Mata is the one. Should be starting every match for us. Likewise, seen a few criticising Lukaku which is frankly rubbish. I have been critical of his goal-scoring but he rarely shirks. Spends a lot of time trying to make something from scraps and works hard. He's definitely growing on me. Luke Shaw was much better than Young as well, despite his latest chunkyness.

Although he filled out his shirt a little I think Shaw was more effective than Young as well. Young is too one dimensional, he's decent as cover there but shouldn't be starting every week.

Could work to our advantage. Use the extra weight to flatten Salah.

These kind of games make me realise how much I miss the old United. Loved the second half great comeback
Even when we're in our pomp we had players in the team that were not world class but we're the glue that held the team together. Mata did that today when he came on, he changed the game for me and rashford added some width. First half we looked again like individuals not a team
I think every team we have played recently are targeting young , and Lindelof fuck me bambi on ice is an understatement .
Off to bed happy thank fuck bring on the bin dippers 4-3 win

Seems petty to whinge after such a great comeback, but seriously, that first half performance had me contemplating giving up watching for this season!
Great comeback, Lukaku’s goal was the sort we usually concede. And what a winner! Great way to break your duck!

Smalling motm? Sounds at odds with the abuse everyone was giving the defence? Or was it Jose just trying to boost his confidence? He did score that comeback goal.

Yep I've not seen anything from Rashford for some time that suggests he should be starting games. Having said that the subs were good tonight.

Expected Jose to be a bit more excited when the Matic goal went in as well. Need to see some more passion from the management and the players.
Id have ran the length of the pitch after that stunner.

Was lucky enough to get a ticket in the away end. Couple I’ve known for years and her husband couldn’t make it so i went with her. Been a while since i stood in the away end and i genuinely forgot how fun was it. Even the 1st half when we were awful it flew by, nothing better than chanting Ooh Ahh at selhurst Park. 2nd half was like watching us under fergie, we just wanted it more and wore them down. I’m fucking hoarse, having a beer because I’m still fucking buzzing from that winner. Get the fuck in! We’ll never die bring on the murderers

Mata turned the game for me. We're always better when he's in the team. You hear so much about his lack of pace, but he's never had any. It's not like he's lost a couple of yards and had to learn how to cope without it. It's all upstairs.
Don't really want to do any moaning after such a thrilling win, but I've got to say Sanchez has been largely fucking shite since we signed him, and I do think that shoehorning him in has somewhat negatively affected us. I wonder if, contrary to what I've said about Mata, Sanchez has maybe lost half a yard and is struggling to cope without it. He looked a lot slower in a couple of games that I'd seen him in for Arsenal this season.
Anyway, fuck it. Great comeback, stoppage time wonder goal. Pretty happy tonight.

Oh my God.
I can't believe what I'm reading. Cannot actually believe that we pulled it off. I'm going to watch that entire second half again in the evening somehow.
Fuck me , amazing. Like the United of old. Not the performance, the fight and the result! Get in.
