Mate, it's not like they haven't backed him in the market ffs. He's spunked 60M on two CBs before the market went nuts and now decides he doesn't really fancy them, handed Rojo a new deal etc. I'd be a bit apprehensive about giving him more money to spend on defenders. Maybe if he took a pay cut after signing his fat new deal, maybe if he didn't sanction 500k a week to a 29 yr old winger we'd have more money to spend. Lol, more money to spend? Give me a break. The club are rolling in it and are happy to brag about it incessantly ffs. Either back the manager to the hilt or fuck him off. He has wanted rid of Smalling, Jones, Darmian, Blind and Rojo since last summer but all of a sudden the gimps insist on getting top dollar for them. So instead of just getting in the replacements and accepting whatever offers come in they piss around. We have 2 passable FBs - both old and converted wingers who should be squad players and need replacing. We have 1 promising FB who has just arrived amd is injured and another who should have been in far better shape before Jose even arrived (which would save a bit of money). Then we have a couple of rookies who need regular first tean football. We have 2 decent CBs- 1 who is taking time to adapt and the other who can't stay fit the past year or so. Then we have a couple of rookies who need regular first team football. Then we have nothing of quality at all. Whatever about the attackers our defence has been bailed out because we have the World #1 behind them. Either the gimps and woody think the dross is good enough or they need to loosen the purse strings. Say no to attacking players by all means but the defence needs major work. Maybe if they had let Fergie spend a bit more we wouldn't be spending so much now eh? "No value", Ronaldo - Owen - Obertan, etc etc. Or they could have avoided the last 3 managerial appointments and saved a load of hassle and money there too? Dunno mate, you seem to know a lot more about it than any of us do. Drop Ed a line on his personal number you clearly have access to and do us all a favour and clear it up for everyone. Give Jose a quick bell too, ask him to clarify why the 'gimps' won't let him spend any more money, or why they won't let him sell smalling or Jones and why they keep forcing him to play them when he so badly wants rid . He's had enough money to spend, and not improved the area that needs improving most. That's his fault, because he's not exactly got the attackers flying either to balance it out. No matter who he buys or doesn't buy, he's shit and his football is shit.

This ^^ IMO 110% this
Would like to see Jose be given the fooking purse strings and a green light to build the club he wanted like fookin Poopy G has been.
I am not seeing anything in particular that leads me to believe Jose should get the boot. Either give him the time to build a club from the
ground up to Championship level, or give him the money to pull a City type "rebuild" an then if he don't deliver, fook him off

Oh great, Ibra dropped into training while the transfer deadline looms. Priorities?? Fucking hell. Ibrahimovic, who lives and plays in America now, stopping in to our training while we are in - wait for it - America is going to have exactly zero impact on transfers. Unless you're being sarcastic in which case why the hate for Zlatan??

Id be more worried about the weight Shaw appears to be carrying. Especially after those supposed "6-pack" photos. Photoshop? No, the more worrying thing is definitely the shite football. Shaw can be dropped. A left-back in the shape and fitness of Cristiano Ronaldo wouldn't fix that shite football.

Speaking of Cristiano's fitness, his fitness test in Turin showed he is fitter than most 20 year old footballers today. I will try to post the details , but I wasn't even surprised by that.

He might do a bleep test quicker then most people but I bet he can't eat a kebab quicker then me

Are you serious? Are you surprised ? Well, a bit, yes. I just can't see the logic behind what he said.
