All this speculation makes you realise, how much money we would have if these leaches just fucked off.

Presumably Spurs made more money because they had a more attractive group of opponents because I'm sure they got knocked out at the same stage as us?

Perhaps that was the difference between landing those CF targets back in the summer & not. Surely, one of the shareholders/investors will have the intelligence to pull Woodward up on this the next time he reports to them? ??

In other news , Manchester United are pleased to announce a contract renewal with Canon Medical Systems Europe.
Let's hope we can hit the ground running with this one?
Unlike Sanchez?

Being taken over by MBS makes me feel a little queasy but if it gets the gimps off our back and gets us back to the top then I'm sad to say I'm in.
Bearing in mind the standing of the club in world football, the support we have and the commercial marketability of the club worldwide I'm surprised we haven't been taken over sooner.
I just can't stand our club flapping around like a salmon that after battling upstream and reaching the top has just blown it's load and is now slowly dying
Plus city and Liverpool are really starting to piss me off.

Spurs having a new stadium while ours hasn't been invested in pisses me off as well. But what I want to know is who didn't vote no in the poll?

I would love to read all those 12 pages. Missed you all.
Anyway – I was at the Lisbon Web Summit day 2 because the Cambridge Analytica guy was there. But someone else was there and I actually learned a thing or two from him instead of some so-called internet gurus who think selling United to any Arab that throws cash at us is a good idea. His name is Richard Arnold and he’s the Manchester United Accountant.
When I heard his words, I understood that as much as United was a global brand, we’d not need to completely sell our souls to an Arab owner. Not for a romantic reason but because we are good at making money. For anyone to say “United would be better off with Arab owners” they must have a pretty small vision reduced to flashy signings.
United is the top club when it comes to make money and that was before the Glazers or Woodward even came to the picture. Our big success in the 90s was because of Fergie’s genius? Yes. But in order to give his genius - and even say “hey genius, what do you need?” - the necessary tools, United went global as early as the 90s in terms of offices in China for instance. The club is good at it - there’s no one capable of rivalry United in that sense, not even Real Madrid or Barcelona which makes the point of selling to Arabs stupid.
And how many clubs nowadays have insanely rich owners who are Arabs or Russians and aren’t the new Chelsea, PSG or City? FFS, Qatar is possibly the biggest investor in European Football overall - and there’s also geopolitical reasons for it.
Hopefully none of you suggested this.
