like the look of Fred, receives the ball on the half turn, always looking to play a positive pass and not just for the sake of keeping possession. hes quick, skilful and defends. looking forward to seeing him play properly now. even if our pre-season has been a bag of shite, I really like the look and attitude of Pereira this year. hes definitely going to be an important player for us. hes one of our most technically gifted players. finally there will be someone in the team who can cross and deliver a ball with pace. he looks like a man this year. hes got to start against Leicester. We might actually be decent from set-pieces too, about time with the team of giants we've assembled. its such a mid table tactic, but with a team full of players the size we have its daft not to utilise it and work on it. I enjoy seeing a CB come flying in from a corner and smashing it in too. Fred looks like he can bang FK's in too. (only seen the 1 against city mind) |

(only seen the 1 against city mind) Dunno about mid table tactic, as long as we're not actively seeking to get free kicks around the area rather than trying to play football(I know), it's a legit tactic for any side in the world to score a goal. We've just been shit at it for too long. Jones taking corners etc ffs. |
