I really hope Mourinho moves Pereira further forward when Matic is back fit. For the life of me I don't see a holding midfielder in him long term.
Maybe I'm wrong and Jose's a genius for spotting something nobody else can but I just don't see it.

Don't get me wrong, he's done a more than adequate job there in pre-season and is a decent option if we want to give Matic a break or he gets injured again.
Just finding it a little odd seeing him play so deep, don't think anyone ever expected him to play that kind of position.

This pre season has been a massive waste of time. We’re 5 days away from our season opener and we don’t look ready. Who the fuck thought flying to Germany for this after a grueling US tour was a good idea?
