Where exactly did I refer to the fact that I'm 'incensed' by it??
It's the fact that he's putting together these manufactured blogs and social media posts, effectively telling fans what they already know. Just don't do it. It comes across as utterly patronising.
I'm pretty sure a lot of fans would prefer a better attitude than social media musings from him. Seriously.
As regards not reading these from Mata, they're pretty much unavoidable as his social media post in reference to Sunday was all over the place online through different outlets. And passages from the blog are posted through the media regularly.
Can't avoid what's pretty much unavoidable in relation to this.
Yet somehow the only thing I have read of it are the headlines/snippets people have posted on here. Must be ...  True actually, I normally have to actively look for it if I want to read the beautiful mans musings on the week. |

You may need to have another look at the last couple of pages in this thread, Rustin.
It's Mata's 'we must do better' blog which is utterly patronising to United fans in general that a lot of the support have a problem with. This is what I hear when I'm in and around Old Trafford and on away days.
Don't think anybody is disputing his stats, but he was woeful on Sunday.
Treating fans like idiots with manufactured quotes on social media, then putting together his 35th apologetic blog is tedious beyond belief and ultimately an insult to genuine fans intelligence, in my opinion.
said Mata has put in "minimal effort" over the last few seasons. On a break said he is "well past his sell-by" date. _ said (after I posted) that "Mata should be sold" and that he "isn't right or good enough at this stage." That's the kind of comment I was responding to, because I think all three of them are wrong. You’re entitled to your opinion obviously but i just don’t see it with Mata...sorry it is what it is. |

No he couldn't. He's not on that level. He could and he absolutely is. Why did Jose sell him the first time then? Why isn’t he getting picked for Spain? He’s a decent player but he’s not going to help lead us out of this mess. |

You could question a lot of things Jose does... Why does Jose pick a captain that can't speak English? Why can't Jose get anything right? Why can't Jose learn from his mistakes? Why can't Jose pick his best XI and stick with it? Mata not being good enough is not one. Again he isn't a WINGER. So why are people moaning about his performance there? Mata has never been quick but now he’s actually slow, watch him closely he can barely keep up with the game, those little legs just won’t work like they used to.
Doesn’t matter where he plays he isn’t quick enough.
