Does Woodward have the balls to do what is needed ? Or is he going to look to save the gremlin cunts a few quid ? I am quite sure I know which option he will take . The revenue report yesterday was a good barometer regarding the direction this fucking club is heading in. Probably has a Champions league clause. |

What worries me is there is probably only one player in the whole squad playing to his full ability. Fellaini. At least with Van Gaal you could say he was getting great performances out of the youngsters. Tree has been one of our best players this season. That's fucked up. |

To be fair Shaw has been our best outfield player but Fellaini isnt far behind. At least he wears his heart on his sleeve.
Might not be gifted with the ability we expect but he's put in more of a shift than most this season.

Said it last night and in the Wolves thread, the attitude and general application from the players stinks. Prime example was Pogba swanning about in the stand last night in his white hoodie tracksuit get up with his gold phone and shades. Also Shaw and Pereira etc beside him on their phones when the game was on, then they all fuck off early before the game was finished. Are you 95 years old? |

I think it's petty that Mourinho made the point about Pogba and also said he knew it was over when Phil Jones stepped up. I don't see many managers being so fucking classless. We shouldn't be in a position where a second choice centre needs to keep us in a cup against a mid table championship side. It doesn't need to be said by your manager Psychologically that squad is a mess , never mind the complete lack of football style or direction He wasn't the only one, did you see the book on his face........ It was over way way way before that. He had the opportunity to play some youth and give us some entertainment. I'm gonna grasp at the two positives from last night, Dalot and Martial. Dalot, what a player and what a performance. Delighted for the kid. Martial looks to have rediscovered football too. It's gonna be a tough watch this season mind. 5 years since Fergie finished and it looks like we are still a very long way short. I agree that these were the only two players last night worth their salt... What's the betting neither of them starts at the weekend? |

Also, as far as I'm concerned, our two biggest talents (Rashford and Martial) have either regressed dramatically or aren't developing into what you'd expect them to become. For all his faults LVG did play youth in a far superior way to Jose. Re-Martial, I was thinking about his performances during his 1st season at the club. He was fearless. Home debut against our biggest rival? Scores one of the best United goals of the last 10 years, finishes the season as our top goal scorer. Today, I wouldn't play him in a big game anymore - he seems scared of his own shadow when faced with top opponents. It's incredible how much confidence comes from knowing that your boss believes in you. |

After our goal, I was really contemplating just switching back to the show I was watching... I just had a feeling we were going to take the foot off the gas paddle again (didn't expect us to lose though, just assumed it'll be another boring game), and I wanted to remember the game for that fluid, beautiful team goal.
