Juve are a quality side there's no denying that. But they didn't have to come out 2nd gear tonight. I genuinely cant get over how fucking shit we are with crossing the ball aswell. This is the point.
Losing to Juve is hardly a crime, they're an excellent side but we did it in such tame fashion, which meant they barely had to break sweat all evening.
Jose talking about how good Bonucci and Chiellini were, they've probably not had an easier game all season.
Aye there were times during the game and players were stood around twiddling their thumbs. We run with the ball then hit some sort of wall and pass it backwards, nobody runs into space and when they do its balls over the top that end up being over hit or defended. Our game play is so one dimensional. I watched the Aubameyang goal from last night, we used to do shit like that, now its so stagnant and dry.

Maybe I’m misreading but the first one sounds really weird - like he’s saying we can’t realistically expect to be around City’s level. Not the kind of quote I expect from a United manager. Perhaps he meant to word it differently. Second one surely a dig at the board, which I approve of. Only problem with the second one in terms of Juve is we broke the world record to sign one of their players for him just a couple of years ago, a player everyone was saying was going to be the next best midfielder on the planet.

Sounds exactly like that shit Moyes spouted about United should aspire to be like City.

Another one of his answers that tell us absolutely fuck all. It tells us that our owners won't make that extra push for what we need. Make do, no other clubs make mistakes with transfers so get on with what you have. That's what it says to me.

No it's aimed at the owners. I can't see how it's anything else.

It's clearly a dig at Woodward and the Glazers. Jose is saying those clubs are at the level they are at because of the investment in the squads.

He can blame the owners all he wants. He's spent £400m on this squad and still no closer to getting to where we should be. Wasting most of it in the process.
I wouldn't trust him with any more either. But if theyre not going to back him then sack him. Cant do neither.
But we're leaking goals constantly and need a top CB and need to start using Dalot more. Cant be doing with Young putting in one more shit delivery.

We should be continually investing big money, no doubt but a manager should also be getting the best out of the squad he has in the meantime, which he is without a doubt failing to do.

Thing is he's still capable of a big win or a Mourinho special, hence the two trophies he won in his first season but finishing 6th was really, really bad. We may not even make it to that this season. if we don't make it to 6th you have to question whether he's been our worst post Fergie manager.

This will be ignored buy some on here but you are absolutely correct. We signed one of their biggest talents for a world record fee.
