We are winning this motherfucking game. That video really does showcase some of the talent we've had over the years and how attacking we were

Beating Juve and city in one week would make the bullshit creating and bitter media heads explode. This was not the way things were supposed to go. Jamie Redknapp would probably have to talk old Souness from jumping off the bridge if Pogba puts in a MOTM performance. Please fucking win!

I'll take any win against this lot...in fact I guess I'll be saying that all season...
I will, at some point, expect us to smash a team and I'd be very happy for it to be this one but just to get 3 points from them at their gaff would be exquisite...

Then we simply have to kidnap Redknapp until he's done the deed...

I think the Juve win has given us all hope that we previously wouldn't have had, or certainly a month or so ago we wouldn't have had. But it's the hope that kills you isn't it.
We'll need to be better than we were against Juve to beat these. City won't waste the chances Juve did.

got to start the same team as Wednesday. if sanchez cant play, rashford through the middle.
play from the front and get into them. feels like a proper derby now and feels like we have a chance.

It's infuriating how much respect other teams are showing them. The key to beat teams like Pep's city is to go at them and play very aggressively. Hopefully, we show up with even more fight than we did vs Juve because winning this could be a pivotal moment for our season.

The main worry for me with city is the take their chances if they make 6 chances they pretty much score them all, we really need our midfield to do a job and stop them from playing, ander must start this game with his energy we need him chasing them all over the park, I don't like fellaini but I would consider playing him try make it as uncomfortable as possible for there defenders.

city are really good lets not kid ourselves. You can take a risk by pressing them higher up the pitch but they have the pace to absolutely destroy teams. Some teams are just not good enough to play that aggressively. The scousers played a bore draw against them and were generally more conservative in their approach. Of course Klopp and Pep were lauded for that while Jose gets skewered.

The thing we have in our advantage is we’re not scared of them and should give it a right good go.

Whoever partners Lindelof (more than likely Smalling) needs to be on top of their game.
This could be a massive turning point early on in the season, lets not fucking waste it.
