It shouldn't have come to that. Remember that goal at 2 nil up that was disallowed? Martin Atkinson wasn't it?

pogba will be a big miss.
at least we go into this with, dare I say it, a settled back 4. it might not be the best but at least its consistent.
if pogba and sanchez are out :
DDG
Young Smalling Lindelof Shaw
Herrera Matic Fred
Lingard Rashford Martial
these games you need pace and energy. we can then bring fellaini on for his shithousery whatever way the game is going, we have mata to come. and id like to see Pereira involved, but this will be thrown in at the deep end after not playing for so long.

It's infuriating how much respect other teams are showing them. The key to beat teams like Pep's city is to go at them and play very aggressively. Hopefully, we show up with even more fight than we did vs Juve because winning this could be a pivotal moment for our season. The main worry for me with city is the take their chances if they make 6 chances they pretty much score them all, we really need our midfield to do a job and stop them from playing, ander must start this game with his energy we need him chasing them all over the park, I don't like fellaini but I would consider playing him try make it as uncomfortable as possible for there defenders. Yeah, they take their chances, but often teams lose to them before the game even started. I absolutely admired the way Wolves played against them earlier this season - they showed them no respect whatsoever and had a go at them. In my opinion, that's the only way to beat them.

If Pogba can even walk he has to play. This is a season defining game.

If Pogba can repeat last seasons performance at that shithole then we'll more than be up for giving them a game. No fancy shit, just keep it simple.
Sterling to trip over the corner flag...penalty awarded...nailed on.

This is going to be a tough one, there’s no need to sugarcoat the fact City plays the best football in the Premier League. However, it’s doable.
On Pogba, I just hope it’s nothing too big but he did walk with a limp for a bit on the second half vs Juve.
