I think it would be stupid to say give the job to Ole after just 4 games as good as it looks now we should see how it looks in May, if he still has the midas touch at the end of the season then yes go for it.

Away to Spurs is the real test. Fingers crossed the boys can rise to it And a game in two days where we'll play virtually a whole new 11 you'd think. Much tougher test.

OGS is going to have to rotate Pogba and or Matic. Both looked tired and slow today.
That will be the key to OGS keeping the gig at United. Somehow be successful without Pogba and or Matic in the side.

215 goals until Rashford becomes United's leading goalscorer surpassing Rooney.
Not that I'm counting or anything.

Can Shelvey get retrospective ban as the ref didnt book him?

Nice to get the clean sheet. Not the best game I've ever seen, but watching a close game, getting invested in every attack, every near miss, every good pass or cross, every save or tackle, is a remember of why I love football so much. I can't believe just how apathetic I had become.
Can't wait for Reading. Give some youngsters and injury returns a run out. Pereira needs a start, and I'd like to see a least a couple from Gomes, Chong, Greenwood, and Garner get some minutes. Matic needs a rest. It feels weird to be looking forward to a early round cup tie against a much smaller team. I probably wouldn't have even bothered with it if things hadn't changed in the last few weeks.

Can Shelvey get retrospective ban as the ref didnt book him? Technically yes but he won’t.

I'll judge Ole based on the entire season. If he gets us into a good position in the league, gets us past PSG, maybe gets us the FA Cup, then yeah I would happily give him another season. I'm liking how we are playing right now. The players seem to be responding to him and his staff. Phelan is a must though. I agree with that. I also think Phelan, Carrick and McKenna are a positive calm influence on the squad. Never see them panic. That calmness and positive vibe is transmitted throughout the whole squad. I'm really impressed with Ole and the back room team.

Might be conveniently forgetting some performances of the last 5 years but this is surely one of the best 4 game runs in terms of performances and results since Fergie retired. Probably beats the Van Gaal run but that was against better oposition. The disappointing thing about that run was how it ended. We were ahead of City and we just fizzled out.
