The so called 'pundits' were saying all week Spurs were just 'too good for United' so we could supposedly lose gracefully, so that Kane, Son and Ali etc could pat us on the heads and say 'hard luck' at the end of the game when we lost before we headed back to Manchester!
Okay, Dave was pulling off his usual worldies but to our credit we were certainly looking to do them on the counter, the team wasn't thinking we were fodder for Spurs and Ole definitely wasn't!!

I’m so pleased Lindelof has come good I thought he was a huge mistake but I’m happy to admit he looks great now.

Crazy how differently people can see a game. Some (elsewhere) are acting like they bossed us for 90 minutes when in fact the game as a whole was relatively close.
Dave was awesome and he did indeed make 11 saves but Lloris hardly had a quiet afternoon making 7 saves himself including a couple of crackers.
