Best thing about Pogba's performance was that he finally ran himself into the ground. When he came off, he looks shattered and couldn't run anymore. That's whats been missing from his game.

I’ve given out plenty about Pogba, and he’s going to have to maintain this over the remainder of the season (and step it up a notch or two in Europe) to win me over, but there is something to be said for a player doing his running in the phase of the game he excels at. Pogba isn’t a defensive player, and needs someone next to him, running his socks off defensively so Pogba can run his off going forward. So far, that balance seems to be correct with Matic and Herrera doing the hard yards and freeing Pogba up to work himself in the creative role. He even said as much during his post match interview.

Bit of post match stuff I found...
The one major word that I took from this was 'confidence'...that is what has been missing from so many players under Mourinho...

Herrera. Legend.
On a side note, that host has the weirdest "hair" I've ever seen. Looks like he skinned a poodle and is wearing its pelt.

Crazy how differently people can see a game. Some (elsewhere) are acting like they bossed us for 90 minutes when in fact the game as a whole was relatively close. Dave was awesome and he did indeed make 11 saves but Lloris hardly had a quiet afternoon making 7 saves himself including a couple of crackers. I think they slightly edged it overall but it was us pulling off our plan initially that made Tottenham have to throw everything at us. Another keeper and we'd be in trouble but he's ours so you get that. It's why the commentators loved the game so much, there was so many things going on you could view it in so many different ways. Only one stat counts though. Had they equalised potentially we may have went back on the offensive ourselves. It is unlikely we would have stayed under pressure to the same extent in the second half without going back on the offensive ourselves
