I do wonder if Ole will rest a few players on Wednesday for next Sunday with us pretty much out the CL. Let the kids out to play? I would never say never to how the team reacts under Ole though. I mean yes, most probably we have low chances with the CL and securing top places within the PL is our priority... but... should we risk it?

I think Smalling and Lindelof did decent again today.
Smalling was getting some stick around the web when he was close to giving away a pen in the 1st half, and many United fans think he should be replaced. I think all our center backs are serviceable, they've all had good games at the club even Jones and Rojo. For me, things like getting sent off or being injured a lot are worse than making the odd mistake.

If you ever watch Cantona's pens, he always went to the corners with power. Usually bottom, and usually scored too! Anyhow, Fuck it, it was like old days today. Met my mates and had a few beers watching United win. Happy days.

I do wonder if Ole will rest a few players on Wednesday for next Sunday with us pretty much out the CL. Not sure he can given the injuries and suspensions. Look at the bench today, add in the fact that Alexis and Pogba will be out of the starting xi, and we barely have 11 experienced players left (and PSG away isn’t the right time to start the kids if you can help it). If we were say 2-1 up going into it then maybe he’d risk a couple of the injured players, whereas now he shouldn’t given the game next weekend. That’s the only difference really.

I do wonder if Ole will rest a few players on Wednesday for next Sunday with us pretty much out the CL. Is it too short sighted to look at it as over? We are still United. I hope we at least give it our best because PSG may be a class above but Lyon proved they are beatable

Shaw has matured so much as a player. Making great decisions right now

I do wonder if Ole will rest a few players on Wednesday for next Sunday with us pretty much out the CL. I wouldn't blame him if he did. Even if we turn it around I doubt we'll be winning the CL anyways. Of course, anything could happen. If we had shaped ourselves in the early part of the season in the league, we could go all holds barred in this return leg despite the injuries and not worry as much about the league. I care more about the league right now than the CL because I don't really think we can win it. That first leg probably proves it.

Believe!😎😎 it would make sense to rest a few. but from the sound of it ole still believes and who am i to disagree with him? a win in paris with all our injuries and pogba out would be incredible. and if we manage a lead there its game on.

Im not defending the use of the word but I find there are also other words that can cause offence that are used yet nothing gets said. Whole thing from what I've read is ridiculous. I've heard the word used in a different context and its not meant the way people are intending it is on here. Pretty pathetic argument on the whole 2bh. No, sorry, not having any of that. Love freedom of speech. Great thing to have, shame its never really noticed. As I said its a pathetic argument to have whether you agree with it or not. As I said im not fucking defending what was said. Either way im not arguing with somebody over something that doesn't matter. Its a matchday thread so this shit doesn't belong here. As you say back to the game. Watched the Periera goal, then again, then again. Beauty of a finish.
