Odd crowd last night. Lots of old school reds who’ve either moved away or life has moved them from allowing them to get to aways, lots of the current away reds who were there for a piss up and a few lines, then lots of families. Kicked off in various parts of the ground. Older reds vs the younger lot.
Having the roof closed didn’t help matter as everyone was sweating buckets after getting tanked up.

That's disappointing that some of our fans clashed, when I go to matches I like to party, plenty of drink and very vocal during the match. But you also have to mind your surroundings, there was one game I remember where we got tickets for beside the family and disabled fans section, so we scaled back the swearing and made sure we didn't stand as much so they could see past us. |

Christ are you still going on about this? Regardless of his record with penalties he saved one that helped us win the shootout. Nothing else really matters, move on. *He's also a better all round goalkeeper than any of those listed so which I'd much rather than pointless penalty stats. Aye a mate of mine was there and said there were a few idiots in the crowd kicking off near small kids aswell. Shame that, hopefully didn't ruin it too much for most. Always get the small minority that can't handle the beer for things like this. |

It was an odd crowd & like you say a lot of old school reds,didn't see any bother inside or outside the ground tbh. Closing the roof was nuts,it was like being sat in a jungle with the humidity,Cardiff central station was it's usual shambles after the game. |

On Luke Shaw, the amount of times he got caught wrong side of his man was eye opening. Not sure if Mourinho was wrong now.

In the “friendly” against Spurs I also noticed he didn’t try to take his man to the bye line on the outside even once. He always checked back and passed the ball backwards or sideways. It looked like he didn’t t have the wheels to get around his man. My wife also commented how chunky Shaw looks, even though he is actually fit, compared to whippets like Lingard he looks like a bulldog. I think Shaw has an odd body type; he looks heavy. And he wasn’t great either. |

And he wasn’t great either. Has a similar build to Rooney, so he should be pretty robust physically before probably peaking early and being very good, then a decline before he's 30. |
