I've got a bad feeling about this. We're the first game for a new manager who is a club legend. They're going to be up for it. Fuck only knows if our lot will be. Yea but their best player is gone, their midfield lacks creativity and their forwards are quite possibly worst than ours. For all the doom and gloom, I'd be more worried if I was a renter. Good chance they finish behind Spurs and Arsenal. |

We should win this.
They haven’t had as long as us to gel and for Lampard to get his ideas across.
They have lost their best player.
They don’t have a great forward. Good forwards yeh but not great and nothing that we shouldn’t be able to cope with.
No cutting edge creativity in midfield. Robust and strong but nothing to change a game.
Good defence but nothing to shout about.

How many goals did they get from their midfield? Kovacic and Jorginho were generally poor last year. I don't see much of a change this year with Lampard. |

Jorginho passes the ball about he half way line. Kovacic Barkley loftus cheek all similar. Pogba far far more creative than them all. |
