Win and we’re top of the league its all the motivation you need. it might only be early on but if you start building momentum it can take you a long way. exact same team as the Chelsea win. lets get some consistency. |

We had all the motivation we needed to finish in the top 4 last season and look how that ended up, motivation doesn't seem to be one of our strong suits. Just hope the Chelsea result hasn't gone to our heads too much. Feeling very nervous for this one, need to be on our game tonight, especially in the middle of the pitch. |

They played a Europa qualifier last Thursday and this is their first home league game of the season.
Although they have beaten us twice there last season, we really owe them one. Not going to be easy by any stretch of the imagination.

They played a Europa qualifier last Thursday and this is their first home league game of the season. Although they have beaten us twice there last season, we really owe them one. Not going to be easy by any stretch of the imagination. They rested 3/4 of their first XI for that game anyway. Jota and Jimenez played a small part towards the end but they'll be well rested for it aswell. |

This might be melodramatic but this is an absolutely huge game. Win this and we have a good run of fixtures in which we could take maximum points. We would also get a massive confidence boost given our results here last season. I’m actually buzzing for it as well, been quite a while since I felt that for a league game.

3-0 United. Rashford with a brace and Martial with a goal of the season contender from outside the box.
Mata should get a chance in this game once all the pressing has taken its toll.

I expect them to play quite deep and press in midfield( our weak spot) They will try to take Pogba out the game, so will be key to see other players be creative. We will probably have more of the ball and need to defend well when if they win the ball off us high and they transition.
It's a question of can we play a game other than on the break, or can we break down a tight block defence and not make the mistakes, which is how they beat us last year in those key games.
It's an intriguing game

Also, I know it's only going to be two games in but Christ it would be nice to see us topping the table later this evening.
