looks like we still dont have someone to play on the right wing. james was much better, effective and involved when he switched to the left side. Rashford. Martial is a much better option up front imo. Rashford is always shit whenever he’s on the right. |

If Martial is injured we are well and truly fucked. We'll have Pereira in the middle instead of Lingard, the down side is we'll have Lingard there instead of Martial. If Martial is injured then Greenwood should get the nod, no questions asked. |

Pereira needs to start the next game no question, and Lingard needs to never play again for us he's fucking dog shit, unfortunately whilst we still have to many mediocre players in our squad we will keep getting results like this today.

This season is going to be a disaster. Not that we should be surprised but this has the potential to be very very very bad. Fernandes should be a no brainer in January but not happening.

The really scary thing is, if we use the Scouse fallen empire template, we’re only in 96-97 now. At least it means we will eventually get an ill deserved champions league win eventually. |

This season is going to be a disaster. Not that we should be surprised but this has the potential to be very very very bad. Fernandes should be a no brainer in February but not happening. Something needs to give otherwise it will be a disaster. The Chelsea game went to their heads, that scoreline flattered us. Still want to have faith that we'll come good but its impossible to see this at the moment. We need to change our approach or tactics. Just seem to rely solely on counter attacking. Change formation to a 4-4-2 or change our tactics. Just do something that will work with what we have. Also Ole said the belief and confidence in the squad is high and very good...could have fooled me. Also work on fucking set pieces. We are dire, nobody is expecting us to score every freekick but at least get one on target now and again and make the keeper work, Guaita could have stayed at home today and wouldn't have troubled the Palace goal. Also corners are shocking. Young couldn't beat the first man and now we're pumping the ball into orbit. Its not that hard to out a decent bloody ball in. |

Fred needs to be given a chance. We paid 50 million plus for him so might as well see what we have in him. I won’t blame Ole at this point but if the string of results continue than the finger is slowing going to be pointed at him.
