When we win tomorrow we'll be 7th. Exactly. So many people are getting worked up about this "relegation" shit to realise a lot of teams above us are grouped together by a small margin. Don't get me wrong 7th is still shit but it shows the small gap between league positions. If we're still in or near this position come the new year then we should be concerned. |

I dreamt last night that Dan James scored a worldie. They give it away in the centre of the pitch, he picks it up, goes by a couple then makes an absolute mug of Alexander-Arnold before slotting it into the corner on his right. A bit Martial-esque.
Didn't see a score, so it could've been our only goal in a 5-1 hammering but there you go.

Finishing second was an outlier hence the following regression to the mean. No that was thinking a bloke whose only PL experience was relegating Cardiff and was a ideal appointment just because he played for us. How are Molde doing since he left ? No. That’s the same dross being served up whether the manager is a bloke whose only PL experience was relegating Cardiff or a 3 time PL winner. |
