Absolutely baffled by any negative responses to today's performance. I mean we weren’t very good? I’m not going to sit here and pretend we were just because we got a draw at HOME vs them. We played like a Stoke City today. We made it uncomfortable for them, we took our chance on a counter and then tried to hold on for 45 mins. Im more baffled by anyone saying that was an excellent performance. what? the goal for liverpool was their first chance in the 2nd half. which actually, wasnt even a chance, it was a big fuck up from our defender. this was not an excellent performance because we got a draw, this was an excellent performance (for 85min) because it simply was one. was that so hard to see? nevertheless, fucking gutted with the end result.

This time yesterday we expected a thumping. A genuine thumping. However, we should have won today had it not been for an idiotic decision from Rojo.

I feel let down but not because the players did well.
Vodka will come in handy so it seems.

Other than one defensive lapse from Rojo/Young and Rashford refusing to stay onside when James was breaking I thought we were excellent. The greatest team in the history of football, and we didn’t give them a sniff, while creating a few chances of our own. Why can’t we just enjoy that? Cause we’re 13th lol. It’s mostly deflating for me because if we played like that the other 7 previous games we wouldn’t be in this predicament.

Absolutely baffled by any negative responses to today's performance. We were terrified of Liverpool in that second half. It was embarrassing. The entire game vs Newcastle was embarrassing. Today wasn't.

Not c'est la vie. "All conquering" Liverpool there for the taking and we go defensive for the entire second half. Fucking pathetic. I'm saying it now. I want Ole to go. Thats up to you. You also want the Saudis in. I don't. I would prefer not the Saudis, to be fair. Ideally I want Bezos but that isn't going to happen. So needs must.

What is young sling for their goal. Dog shit.
Lack of decent subs killed us there. Martial should have game on earlier. Don’t understand why he didn’t make decisions sooner

Its a tough call for Ole, you can argue that the scousers were there for the taking but they have so much quality up front that if we went tit for tat with them we could've conceded more than just the 1. A win would've been a huge boost but considering all the negative feelings going into this, our players fought and played as well as they could. Wasn't that the bare minimum we were asking of our players? We are just not at the scousers level right now. Hopefully with Martial, Shaw and Pogba returning, we'll see continued improvement and a run of good results. Our luck will eventually change.

So we won the ‘better performance’ today??
Well yeah, but if you don’t capitalise on your superiority from the first half and also defend properly you’re not getting the 3 points.
It’s one of the reasons we’re 13th. It’s not rocket science.

Absolutely baffled by any negative responses to today's performance. We were terrified of Liverpool in that second half. It was embarrassing. Watched a different game. Of all the games to be embarrassed by, this wasn't the one.
Genuinely baffling. Some of you are on crack.

The loss of 2 points that an excellent performance warranted, and the fact that this lot cant perform like that every week is gutting, but not today’s performance.

Liverpool had 68% possession at Old Trafford. Shame after that first half, but we do it every time. Dont know why I expect any different. Just so frustrating. I know it's where we are now. Just hard to swallow.

Also with you on the Saudis. Would be the end for me. So how does that work with your "Ole out" philosophy? If you really want the gimps out then things properly going to shit should lower the price and allow someone other than the Saudis to buy us. Otherwise, Ole getting sacked and us turning into Arsenal (as a good number on here seem to be happy with), keeps them here indefinitely. Completely separate issues. Oles performance has been atrocious.
