Fred gets a couple of chances a game similar to his second goal. hope he can carry this on and keep hittin that net. if he adds goals to his already fantastic defensively ability he could be one of the best in the league. no hyperbole If a couple of our midfielders can start gettin double figures, that goes a long way to winning leagues.

Please let Brugge score. Just the one Someone has a bet on. Aye, did Fernandes and Ighalo to score, Utd win 3-1. Ah well, decent performance and nice to cheer plenty of goals. Linz in the next round and all will be good!

Professional performance, Fred again looked very good and with some goals too. Mata enjoyed playing with someone on his wavelength of intelligence, happy Odion got a goal. Ole even enjoyed his press conference after the game!
Now for an important game come Sunday, I expect Chelsea to beat Bournemouth and even if they don’t we MUST absolutely must beat Everton, however the victory comes in terms of VAR etc we gotta do it and also hope for no injuries in the process. Sidibe is good going forward and poor defending so we gotta target him, roast him and get him off the pitch Calvert Lewin is physical so I’d have bailly partner maguire,

That is true. Maybe Tatty as well. Dafuq me too ! I think I've criticised poor performances by Fred, especially last season, but didn't write him off completely. Glad he's become the player some of us knew was in there. Clearly a reason Pep was in for him, as he's better than Rodri.

Think someone already pointed this out but Mata and Fernandes linked up brilliantly i thought, Mata could have played his way in to the line up on Sunday??
When's the draw for the next round?

As much as it pains me to say given his previous affiliation, Mignolet stopped that from being a hiding.

Well it seems that my posting pre-match again didn't jinx the result...
I guess I had better keep doing that until further notice...
I noticed the great interplay between Bruno and Juan...it might be that Bruno's arrival might just extend Juan's career...he doesn't need to be quick as long as his brain still works the way it does...they are definitely on the same wavelength...

With chong being involved in the last few games I take it we believe we have more chance of getting him to sign then gomes, which is a real shame because gomes defo should have had a few more chances this season

In games against teams that sit back their combination could be vital. Mata on the wing drifting in may work much better if someone is there to share the creative load and combine with. I'm very excited about it.
