I think I've criticised poor performances by Fred, especially last season, but didn't write him off completely. Glad he's become the player some of us knew was in there. Clearly a reason Pep was in for him, as he's better than Rodri. I know he was poor before. But I also like to say that I stuck by the boy through the tough times. He was getting slaughtered here. Once he got a run of starts he just kept getting better and now he's here. He's a lynchpin now. |

With chong being involved in the last few games I take it we believe we have more chance of getting him to sign then gomes, which is a real shame because gomes defo should have had a few more chances this season Chong has looked better recently. not outstanding but less of a headless chicken. starting to beat his man too. next phase is for him to get his end product right, goals and assists. he looks like hes filling out and with his height and pace he could become a proper decent winger. it was good to see him get an assist last night as it will do him the world of good for confidence. I don't think the club will be that daft to let them leave on a free. but who knows... another professional performance and this should see us through. |

Seville vs Roma is good as well as it knocks out a good side.
I think there’s an inevitability about us playing Inter in the final.
