Well,I’m back from “Mission Jab #1” The organisation was utterly staggering, volunteers in high-vis jackets everywhere, directing people into the car park, the correct line of people (depending on GP surgery), and then letting you know which number table to go to. They’re vaccinating over 2000 people per day at the place! Almost as if entrusting this to the experts and a well drilled NHS was what we should have done from the beginning. You know, instead of giving contracts to brand new companies who happen to be set up and run by mates of the Cabinet. Heads should roll once this is all over and an independent inquiry is completed, but that'll be years off, and Hancock and the like will be happily retired with millions in the bank.

I neglected to mention, if nothing else, this pandemic has show. How utterly toilet Labour are. Legitimately a lame duck opposition to what will, be going forward, a lame duck Government.

At least the first election under Corbyn had hope. But yes. Agree.

Pretty strong talk that we're about to head into another, mini, lockdown here in Melb.
What that means for the Australian Open currently on? Who knows.

Tbf the woman who is married to a government minister who was given the role has done a great job overseeing this. It was heavily criticised at the time but in this case it looks to have been a real game changer. A rare victory in outsourcing!

If they don't gradually open stuff and learn from their mistakes it'll end up landing on its arse again and back in another lockdown by September.

If they don't gradually open stuff and learn from their mistakes it'll end up landing on its arse again and back in another lockdown by September. That's the whole point of the 'roadmap'. All dates are 'no earlier than' if numbers don't come down to acceptable levels, then those dates can be put back, presumably.

21st of June is going to be anarchy Without a doubt. How much strain will the NHS be on the first weekend they're open. It'll be mayhem.
