Well, the boy Pogba’s been making all the right “noises” despite Jaba The Agent’s continual interventions, and he’s scored a decent goal tonight, would like him to sign an extended contract, wouldn’t be too much if a stretch to hope that he does no matter the media shite earlier this year.
Grealish certainly ain’t an alternative imho!

I'm loving us actually killing off games. I know most of the opposition has been dross but I haven't been this comfortable as a United fan since Fergie left. It also helps a lot to be able to give some of the lads 25 minutes rest, particularly given the tight schedule - and also allows the players on the bench a proper run out rather than just a cameo.

I’m surprised by people saying the opposition is dross but...for absolutely ages we’ve had a very good record against the big teams and have struggled against the Burnley’s, West Ham’s and the like. The fact we are battering these sides now is the most encouraging aspect of all this. The big games tend to look after themselves, the run of the mill stuff is what separates the best.

This Villa side are pretty dreadful. Did well in the first half (mainly 'cos we were pretty bad ourselves) but they're sinking without trace.
Remember when scousers were trying to claim this was one of the best PL seasons ever quality-wise? Derby of 2008 would be better than at least four of these sides...
Not that it matters. We would have (and did) drawn this game in 2019. So it's great to see us actually putting teams away.

Now we’ve finally removed the deadwood from the starting 11 it’s showing.

He was the same in Portugal for 2 seasons, why the hell we didn’t get him at least 12 months ago is totally beyond me!
