The brief is there will be a cautious approach to the summer transfer window but not with the 6 monthly dividend payments. Is there an actual brief or is this just something we all know will happen? It doesn’t matter either way, just curious, it’ll be 75 mill net spend as per fucking usual. |

What are thoughts here on Dalot? He seems to be doing pretty well in Serie A and I have always thought he was pretty decent. We could do with some competition for AWB...and Dalot can cross a ball...

Thought Dalot was alright myself. Would have been a very viable backup to AWB.

It is a fair point but even those few Scouse that still have an ounce of the intelligence they were born with,would realise that it's very much a stop gap signing to cover an area that they have been incredibly unlucky with injuries in. Liverpool are also not claiming to be 5 transfer windows deep into a mystical rebuild,DNA,cultural thing with a manager that does not like winning a damn thing anytime soon. Big difference. |

There won't be any incoming this window but again what a failing on behalf of the management team and board. Failure to strengthen in areas will cost any chance of a league challenge and potentially top four. As usual we'll be told targets are hard to get in this window and players will come in the summer, another myth Ole INers will buy.

I think they meant it more as criticising Liverpool than saying Woodward gets it unfairly. They criticise him more than most mainstream outlets. |
