This will be tough. They're not a bad side at all. Hopefully Ole sees sense and plays VDB deep to help bypass the press.

These injuries to Pogba and McTominay will likely help as you'd think it'd force Ole's hand to start vdB, but I wouldn't put it past him to start with Fred and Matic instead.
Likely to be a tough game, their pressing and our defenders treating the ball like a hot potato isn't a good match, so it's going to be tricky.

Win tmz 5 points off Liverpool, with a game in hand still, keep that gap close and then spend in Jan and we could really have a chance.

Axel is banned in the upcoming CL game so cant risk lindelof getting injured for that. Donny has to play as need someone who can actually use the ball in midfield.

This is a pretty vItal game imo. As mentioned elsewhere, we were awful against their press in the last meeting so it falls squarely on the coaching staff to come up with a plan to combat it. You may face a keeper having a worldie, you could hit the post repeatedly, these things happen. But if we lose because we are surprised and unable to deal with their tactics, this will reflect very poorly on Ole.
