I’ll take us winning in any fashion.
Our players doing a lot of interviews which I hate, they need to let their results continue to talk. End of season when you have trophies dive into the interviews

End of season when you have trophies dive into the interviews Thought the exact same thing. They’ve started something potentially awesome but accomplished the sum total of SFA. It would be exactly like this group of players to saunter into Anfield like a bunch of big time Charlie’s and get thrashed.

Pogba is piping up alot, ole is talking about dreaming, rashford talking, I just want them all silent, win this game, win em all and talk until their mouths get dry.

I know ‘Man United clicks’ are a thing and it could be what’s being reported, but I’m not hearing the scousers talking. We shouldn’t be either.

i dont mind them talking. they need to believe it before anyone else does. they need to play with confidence and arrogance.

Fred had a monster game against them last year, even in defeat. Hopefully he can replicate it with others pitching in.

Re interviews-
Utd are top for the first time in 7 years. Of course the press are going to want to interview them. I very much doubt the lads have been the ones pushing this. And I’d be fairly sure there are obligations on that score that have to be met. I’ve also seen 0lenty of Scousers chatting as well. As they did on numerous occasions before they won the league.

As a bloke who used to work for me was often fond of saying: “Faint heart never fucked a pig” 2-0

Just looking at the table and city and if they win their game in hand are a point behind. Interesting season so far but for us it really begins on Sunday. Win that game and we should quietly gain some serious confidence.
My personal feeling on the interviews is obligations or not no one is forcing some to say what they are saying. Just go about your business, win Sunday, make more people go mad with envy, keep winning, keep making them mad and end the season with trophies.
For a team that has flattered to deceive for years I just think the quiet confidence is the best way to go for now.

I want to see Rashford back in his strongest position, the left. He’s given TAA fits over the years and I’d expect the same tomorrow. TAA is world class going forward but he’s utter gash defensively. I don’t trust Martial to stick it to him, whereas Rashford will. I’d also certainly start Cavani in this one.

Bruno has been slightly off recently by his standards and Cavani is due a goal, hopefully both will come good tomorrow.

It’s evident we are accommodating pogba to try and get the best out of him. Playing rashford on the left where he is best is clearly the smart money and making pogba go right considering he is leaving whilst bringing in diallo should be the Longterm game. I doubt we have it in us to execute this

I would like to see Telles here. Shaw has been fine recently but Alexander-Arnold already struggles with Rashford, so adding Telles to the mix will really send him spinning.
That's especially important if, as I expect, we go with four midfielders (including Bruno) again, as Rashford will have a wider area of the pitch to cover. So when he's more central, Telles can come forward.
