Missed the game completely , I wasn't even aware that we had a game. A colleague at work told me the result and I Had to google it immediately as I couldn't believe it.
Does the scoreline flatter us or were we really that good??

That was great to actually kill a team of for once, after the first 15 minutes of the second half which was shit we really started to hit the gas, hopefully that result gives them some confidence to go and smash a few teams now, also great for martial his first goal was excellent be nice for him to go on a little run too. Still think City will steam roll the league, by far the best team and strongest squad, but it would be nice if we could atleast keep it to less then 10 points come the end of the season.

Does the scoreline flatter us or were we really that good?? They have a lot of injuries so they were already depleted, had a player sent off almost from the start so it was down to us to take full advantage and we did just like you are supposed to.

Getting that first goal made all the difference, once we got it, the team just relaxed and picked them off at will. The longer it stays at 0-0 against 10 men the more of a struggle it becomes.

Easy to forget Shaw is only 25, came to us as a teenager. Thought he was older than that I must admit, feels like he's been around forever. Even at 25 for a left back you could argue he's a couple years away from his prime. So it's great to see him starting to fulfil that earlier potential now. Hopefully he stays injury free. Seems like the only thing that can stop him right now.
I think Ole deserves credit with him. Managed him much better than Mourinho ever did. Modern players, particularly younger guys prefer an arm around the shoulder instead of being constantly belittled in public.

Hoping Burnley turn up tonight against Citeh we need a favour because of the two games we`ve played more than them, not holding my breath though.

so happy Shaw is finally finding his potential and turning into the player thought he would be. i thought he was done with us a couple seasons ago but once again ive been proved wrong.
great to see us thwack a side as well dont care if they had a weakened side or they got someone sent off, that was a shocker.
McTomminay isnt just one of the most improved players at the club but in the league. terrific stats for the midfielder this seaon. that finish was Kroos esc.
keep playing that side as its the best balance we have.

Seeing a few people finding stuff to moan about in a 9-0 win.
Might as well enjoy it eh, we won’t see another one of them for at least another 20 years.

Great to see Shaw playing so well, just a shame it took £50mill+ being spent on another player to see him start to reach his potential, especially at a time when the club is struggling financially.
And there was me thinking it was the managers job to improve players.

Shaw is finally playing like we hoped he would , club finally have a decent backup on LB (as a big club should have) I really dont see what is your problem here. Also didnt Telles cost something like £13million ??

Exactly. I’m a big Donny fan but just looking at last night, one player was controlling the middle of the park, crunching into tackles and spraying the ball about. And he wasn’t from Holland.
