It's ridiculous to even compare ole.to any manager of any quality in this league, he's quite clearly not a good manager, hypothetically ole gets sacked come the summer, what prem team is giving him a job? What top European team is giving him a job? There's absolutely no way he gets another PL job when he finally leaves here. Doubt he gets a job in any of Europe's top 5 leagues. I expect he'll try and go back to Molde, and as time goes on it'll look weirder and weirder that he ever got the job on a permenent basis. I'm still a bit surprised Woodward even knew he was a club legend in the first place TBH, must have asked one of the coaches if any of our club legends were a manager nowadays.

We outplayed them three times this season already. Why would we want to swap managers with them? Shh...don’t let a few facts get in the way of a good witch hunt. What facts? That he's a better manager than Ole? Multiple Champions League winner, La Liga winner and multiple serie A winner is not a better manager than fucking Ole? Top drawer nonsense that.

Are you seriously trying to suggest Ole is a better manager than Carlo? Alice in Wonderland territory here. I am suggesting that so far this season, Ole has out managed Carlo, Klopp, Jose, Nuno and every other flavour of the month being suggested as our saviour in waiting. What are you actually on about? We've scored like 3 or 4 goals against the entirety of the top 6 this season so what has he outmanaged? Comparing Ole to Nuno is an own goal lol.

I don’t want to start a fight and I’m not trying to put words in your mouth but what is your point? He beat Klopp in an FA Cup tie and that means what exactly? Wilder outcoached Ole a week or two ago, does that mean something? You take a manager’s body of work as a whole, not a one off result. His style of play, his ability to get a team playing in that style, to get players improving. My point is exactly what I posted. Ole has out managed Carlo et al this season. Period. Lifetime achievements are not a fair comparison because Carlo has had more time and opportunities than Ole and we don’t know what Ole’s career will end up looking like. I can assume what people might predict, but we don’t know that for sure. The body of work I am looking at is this season as a whole. Lifetime, Carlo, Jose and Klopp have accomplished more in the game than Ole, but this season, Ole has out managed them all. Overall my opinions on Ole, and where the blame needs to lie are well known. Give him the tools necessary to succeed (central defence and right wing at minimum, DM and CF ideally) and then judge him on his ability to get success. Based on what he’s been given to manage, so far he’s done a damn good job.

So was LvG, yet Ole has us much closer to becoming a proper side than he ever did.

Because it hasn't finished yet and as we know, you cannot judge things that are unfinished. Like managerial careers.

Fuck that mate. Hes only been here a year. Obviously I don’t want him to leave. But he’s so good, and he must surely see the truth that we aren’t a big club anymore. He’s 26, so not young for a footballer (obviously not old either). If you were him, would you want to waste your best years playing for the Glazers? I know mate but the big spanish clubs, especially Barca, dont have two pennies to rub together. Madrid are expected to lose almost 300m this season. How do you make that up with FFP?

Then buying it back for one Euro.

You have to cleverer than that with FFP, queue an inflated deal with Emirates.

I re-watched the highlights this morning, just to make sure that defensive disaster class wasn't just a bad dream. I long for the days we had Smalling and Jones as our first choice CB's.
