Donny isn't starting this. Nor should he. Why not?

Donny isn't starting this. Nor should he. There’s hot takes. And there’s this post...

I try not to be too critical of Ole’s team selections. I know he says he’s happy with the squad but we all know he was promised Sancho and a CB. I am critical when he picks that hump Lindelof however.

Donny isn't starting this. Nor should he. Why not? Because we need to start our strongest eleven. And he's not in it.

Anything less than a convincing 3+ goal win against this lot will be a disappointment. That's probably asking a bit much, though. In reality, I'll be happy with any win, a lack of defensive howlers, and appropriate substitutions that actually make sense. That's probably asking a bit much as well.

Oh wait... But I thought Ole was doing a bang up job, best since Fergie? Poor lamb can't organize a team to beat Sheffield and needs a full strength against West Brom..

Not sure that I am looking forward to this.
It reminds me of when I went to OT a couple of years ago to see us play a crap West Brom...
I was having a great day...a few beers in Hotel Football followed by a few more in the Bishop with lots of singing and my day got ruined when we lost a turgid game 1-0...
So just fucking win!

Main lineup change I wanna see is Henderson keeping his place in goal from the cup game. High time Dave was dropped.
Lad has had an excellent couple of years out on loan, he's come back this season to fight for the #1 spot and de Gea continues to make mistakes. Ole needs to show he has the balls for these kind of decisions.
Would say the same about the centre back pairing but with Bailly injured and Tuanzebe looking a bit naff himself since the PSG game, his options aren't as good.

That has to be top 5 worst performances since Fergie left. Appalling showing.

Donny has to start he needs games but he has to take his chance and shine too no excuse this should be three points if not we don’t deserve anything.

Managers of other clubs should have their game plan drawn up a month before playing us.

I think he deserves a shot now. I disagree somewhat about Axel. I think he needs a run of games to get back up to speed. He should have stayed in the team after his masterclass against PSG but Ole went back to that wet wipe from Sweden.

Top 20 list maybe!
