Apart from the ridiculous KO time which makes me both sad and angry, I’m actually very worried about this. We should walk it on paper but given the levels of management and coaching at the club whatever marginal and non-marginal advantages we may have are probably wiped out. What really scares me though is the prospect of Moyes beating us, and then all too predictably using it as ammo for his ridiculous “I needed more time” narrative. I'm not sure we walk any game on paper to be honest, we're not that great. Thought we'd all realised we have mostly players who would have been nothing more than squad players now making up alot of the first 11. |

Marcus legs are gonna fall off at this rate. Does Ole know its not against the law to play something other than 4-2-1-3? He's only played 297 minutes (3.3 games) since February 21st (3 weeks) Really? Didn't realise that. Though he is returning from another injury. Bit worrying. |

Not much on the bench if we are struggling for a goal. Diallo and Shoretire are good prospects but both are young and therefore likely to be inconsistent, and not to be relied upon (not that they should be at this stage of their careers of course).

It’s not exactly 1999 or 2008 I agree 😂 But I still think with this current, flawed, squad we should be putting this lot to bed. We have plenty of squad players but we have some quality that needs to be nurtured properly, which is clearly not happening. Look at our set pieces. Instead we have a manager who runs his players into the ground incessantly, can’t coach the simplest of defensive set-pieces, and who consistently throws away points with appalling subs. But I digress. On paper, with a skilled coaching team, I still believe we should walk this. Also I hate West Ham; the team and their fans. |

Also- does anyone know what’s happened to Mata? Is he injured or just being phased out? He was ‘away’ for a few weeks in Jan/Feb, came back and got an unspecified injury that would keep him out for a few weeks. Seems very odd.
Guess the lineup has answered that

Alphonso Davis is a serious talent but he’s not been as dominant this season as he was in the Champions League last year. Shaw is right up there. |
