Rashford was hiding just then, hugging the touchline which isn't his role at all. By comparison Greenwood took the ball, got stuck in and won a corner. I think Rashford's confidence might be really low after all these misses. He really has been poor since before Christmas, which is a long time ago now - he's still scored a fair few goals, but that's probably because he's had so many chances he was bound to score some. Right now it just feels like he's guaranteed to waste at least one top-drawer chance every game. He has 2 goals in his last 13 PL games Didn't realise it was that low, makes things even worse. Guessing he has some in cups though. |
