If it hit the bottom of the foot then that would have been studs and would have gone straight out of play - it was with the side of the foot. Either way, I agree that he didn't mean it but it was fortunate that he did fluff it.

I mean we all know what this club is now. I’m not over the moon about the performance but we won and top 4 is looking pretty much done for us. Hopefully we get Barca or Bayern in the groups next year so we can have another couple of big games.

Rio saying it would take a monumental collapse for us not to get top 4. Liverpool, Tottenham, villa and wolves are some of our last games. I'm not as confident as Rio Is plus burley and Leeds as still ones we could fuck up

Looking at all the teams chasing top 4 they all have some hard games some playing each other plus some still have city. I wouldn't bet my house on it though despite the position we're in

Wolves are garbage and that’s the last game of the season. We usually turn up for the big games. So not too concerned about Spurs and the scouse. It’s the games against middling shite like Villa that nags me. But beat Spurs next week and I think we can concentrate on Europa bar a massive collapse on Thursday
