Pogba has been very good this year, really disappointed we couldn’t see this for all his time here for one reason or another.
Should be happier than I am for the win it just still feels all too “best of the rest” ish rather than making legitimate strides forward.
And Spurs are awful.

The Palaces and Burnleys of this world, stat padding, whereas I'll happily take on the big ones. You're Harry Maguire, with a 96% pass completion rate that's all sideways. I'm Bruno, 84% pass completion but going for the defence-splitting pass every time.  I'll take Harry Maguire if we get three points! |

Despite the fact that this game was near-irellevant, I really enjoyed that. Often it feels like we don't really deserve our wins this year, but that was a proper performance in the second half and several lads had a shout for MOTM by the end.
Means nothing if we go onto flub the Europa League of course, next week or later on. But if we can cut the gap to City to 9 points or less, it'd be nice - a proper club would use it as an excuse to build, but a proper club would have done everything we need this summer a year ago - when we still needed it all - and won it this year instead.

But that's always the problem with him right , he steps it up when he wants to impress his suitors or when he is looking for a new contract. |

He was done during his second Chelsea spell. The league caught up to his tactics and he didn't evolve with it.

Real broke Jose. It was clear at the time, and even though I wanted him here, I said it before he joined us. Since Inter, he's had more failed seasons than successful ones - two failures at Real, two at Chelsea, two here, and now probably one at Spurs (last season was probably a write off). |
