I believe Haaland would make us contenders off the bat, he could average 30 goals a season. Kane would be a great signing but Haalands age and goal return already makes him my preferred choice. Kane's return has been stifled by Mourinho's system I'd wager. Kane for me fits the type of football Ole wants to play and also offers the perfect mentorship for Greenwood and Amad. I'd love Haaland. But the problem will always be there with his agent. There would never be any stability and it'd always be a media circus. I want this club to operate with full focus and togetherness and Haaland and his agent to me will never give us that. Not to mention Haaland's father too who seems to have gotten in on the act. Get a clause in his contract that stops his agent acting the prick. If theres an issue, he talks to the club, not the daily mail. Contracts are full of clauses after all. If im being honest, both fees will be gigantic and I just dont see this lot spending 125m or more on Kane. They fucked up with Haaland because his value has tripled in 2 years but hes better value over the long term. |

I lament the poor games, so only right I commend the good ones. And this was a good one from Ole.
Good starting line up, good play (mostly) and good reaction to playing against a home side with the Ref comfortably in his Spuds shirt and a cock(erel) up his ass.
Never a foul on Son, but thankfully we overcame that.
Happy with the performance and well done to the lads for some of the one touch, slick passing play we put on. Very entertaining.

Just watching a replay of the game yesterday, the first Cavani goal looks better the more you watch it, god, his awareness and movement ,you can’t really teach that.
And Son is still a cheating tosser, rolling around as though he’d been shot.
He should’ve been!

I’d be interested to know how many goals Lloris has conceded at his near post for Spurs. He’s so poor with anything at the near post, Mason was obviously aware of it as he’d tried to catch him out not long after coming on, and then obviously with his goal too.

Their squad is undoubtedly worse than ours. Ndombele hasn't turned out like we thought he would. Lo Celso is inconsistent. Bergwijn is too inexperienced. Lamela doesn't play as much.
