Sky were happy to whip people up into a frenzy when the Super League was a threat to them. I’m not fucking having Dave Jones now appealing for calm and taking the moral stance when their marquee fixture has been called off.
Graeme Souness once incited a riot by sticking a flag in a pitch, he played for a proudly socialist club from a proudly socialist city. His agenda is against United. You’re telling me one of footballs most famous hard man is scared of a tin of lager being chucked at him? Roy wasn’t arsed. Perhaps the Liverpool legend should’ve thought to move away from the balcony when the fans entered the stadium.
